In the Shithouse (Parody to “He’s in the Jailhouse Now”) (1)

I know a guy named Donald J. Trump.
He’s known to lie, grab pussy, and hump.
He tells us he’s the smartest guy in town.
But he’s been contradicted.
And now he’s been convicted;
So Donald’s shorts are starting to turn brown.

He’s in the shithouse now.
He’s in the shithouse now.
He’s led a life of vice.
He’s played the game with loaded dice.
He’s in the shithouse now.

We know he cheats on taxes and loans
But now the law is showing some stones.
Both feds and states hauled his ass into court.
But, Donald Trump’s still running
And hopes his base goes gunning.
To frighten judges is his last resort.

He’s in the shithouse now.
He’s in the shithouse now.
He hangs on to his base,
Although he’s lost case after case.
He’s in the shithouse now.

We used to ask, did Donald collude
To hush the extra ladies he screwed,
To win the race when he ran the first time?
He paid porn stars and Playmates
To keep mum on their play dates.
Now Donald’s been convicted for that crime.

He’s in the shithouse now.
He’s in the shithouse now.
He screwed gals on the side,
A fact he paid them off to hide,
He’s in the shithouse now.

We want to know, did Donald conspire
To light democracy’s funeral pyre?
To make himself dictator the next time.
Fomentng insurrection
To cancel Joe’s election,
When will he go on trial for that crime?

He’s in the shithouse now.
He’s in the shithouse now.
He stole some documents
“They’re mine,” he says; that’s his defense.
He’s in the shithouse now.

As states and feds all sue and indict,
It looks like Trump is losing the fight.
A New York judge has ruled that Trump’s a fraud.
That may cost him big money;
His anal sphincter’s runny,
Letisha James called in the bunco squad.

He’s in the shithouse now;
He’s in the shithouse now.
He’s facing Judgement Day,
His strategy: delay.
He’s in the shithouse now.

Coda:
He’s in the shithouse now;
He’s in the shithouse now.
He’s led a life of vice;
Now Donald may be put on ice.
He’s in the shithouse now.

(1) “He’s In the Jailhouse Now,” was first recorded by Jimmy Rodgers in 1928. Most moviegoers today have seen and heard the version sung by the “Soggy Bottom Boys,” in the movie, “O Brother, Where Art Thou?” Both versions are available on YouTube.
