Accomplished by appointments to the High Court that he made.
Did “everybody” want abortion rules left to the states?
That is what Donald said, though it’s a “fact” that he misstates.

So, with abortion rulings left to each state to decide,
Young women die in red states where abortion care’s denied.
Religious laws in red states are controlling women’s lives,
As legislators get in bed with husbands and their wives.

Religious laws in red states sometimes cause a woman’s death,
For doctors cannot help her ‘til she’s drawing her last breath.
Do red state legislatures rue the needless deaths we’ve seen?
We haven’t heard apologies; right wingers stay serene.

Now Trump is angering all women, even the right wing.
Is woman’s only purpose to serve men and make offspring?
If Donald angers women and all those with darker skin,
Then one may ask, “How in God’s name does he expect to win?”

Might we conclude that Donald will not try to win the vote,
But, after losing, he has plans to sink the Harris boat?
Pro Trump election boards imply that they won’t certify
A Harris win, which, by inaction they might nullify.

Democracy is under threat when a majority
Of all votes cast does not decide who won the victory.
Though it’s imperfect, will we strive to save democracy
Or let the Trumpist MAGAtry install autocracy?
