Donald Trump shows no hesitancy.
With his Sharpie, he signs
Orders and undermines
All foundations of democracy.

In one month, he’s forbidden dissent.
Not a word, no, not even a hint.
Get in line or be fired,
Only loyalists hired,
Every head bowed and every knee bent.

A-gonadal, invertebrate slugs,
All kowtow with the MAGAts and bugs,
Watching Trump push his pen,
As they all say, “Amen!”
To Trump’s oligarch, billionaire thugs.

Both the Senate and House leadership
Are abandoning their stewardship.
Both “Advice and Consent,” (1)
And how money is spent, (2)
Sacrificed to Trump partisanship.

After three weeks of Trump’s second reign,
His press spokesman was asked to explain
What it’s like working there,
Is it beyond repair?
Her reply was, “Oh, I can’t complain.”
