Trump blustered and blithered; dementia prevailed,
Revealing brain failing or already failed,
Which spouted a mix of delusions and lies.
Is Donald distressed that he might soon be jailed?

We all know that Donald repeatedly lies;
And Donald’s delusions came as no surprise.
And he even charged migrants are eating pets.
Trump seems so disturbed, we almost sympathize.

There’s no evidence migrants are eating pets.
Now we’ll have to see if Trump has some regrets.
Trump has doubled down; will he do it again?
He’ll stick with the lies; that’s how smart money bets.

We all know Trump’s nuts and he proved it again,
A mind that completely lacks all discipline.
But here’s the real problem with which we must deal:
Supporters don’t mind the state Trump’s mind is in.

A puzzling problem with which we must deal,
This putz who is nuts has not lost his appeal.
Most “undecideds” are remaining that way.
Those who support Trump, must like his crazy spiel.

Most who’ve been undecided have stayed that way.
And when we listen to the things that they say,
It’s so discouraging, we’re forced to suspect,
Their own mental processes are in decay.

When we hear their interviews, we must suspect,
Those still undecided must have a defect
In their information or reasoning power.
And that is a virus bleach can’t disinfect.
