To do so they will have to kick our poor folks in the butt.
They’ll make big cuts in Medicaid, on which the poor rely,
Which hurts the Red States most, as they will all learn, by and by.
Trump’s favors are for sale, which makes his pockets bulge with cash.
Meme coins, the Qatar airplane, tariffs gambit, (markets crash) …
Exceptions to his tariffs? Trump says, “Come and kiss my ass.” (1)
He seems assured that “his” Supreme Court will give him a pass. (2)
Most monarchs in the past have lined their pockets while they reigned.
They kept their poor folks poor with taxes keeping purses drained.
They sold their rich folks titles, which went for a hefty price;

But Donald Trump is very fond of all emoluments.
So, he’ll accept a plane from Qatar, and a big tax break,
Denying health care to the poor while he is on the take.
Cut health care for the poor and give big tax cuts to the rich,
From what Trump said as he campaigned: a classic bait and switch.
Republicans will go along, though their states will be hurt,
With money for a rich man when a poor man has no shirt.

That peace and love will spread worldwide, when leaders serve the rich?
