So, Trump badmouthed Zelensky but Zelensky would not yield.
We know that bullies wail and flail when victims have not kneeled.
Then Vance weighed in with Donald, singing Russian harmony,
Which showed us why JD became Trump’s VP nominee.

Was this whole show a set-up planned by Donald and JD?
Did they think they would look good showing off their perfidy?
Zelensky did not show obeisance. Donald took offense.
He told Volodymyr, “Get out,” a tantrum as defense.

Trump had a chance to steal resources; now that’s on the rocks.
The problem is: Zelensky’s not a sheep in Donald’s flocks.
