Trump’s showing sympathy for his mob’s travail.
First, pardons were granted like they were bulk mail.
And now, with Todd Blanche, Donald’s heisting a fund
To pay off his rioters on a huge scale.

It’s almost two billion; observers are stunned,
When these insurrectionists ought to be shunned.
Instead Trump will pay them, thus funding their crime.
Does this mean democracy lies moribund?

Trump’s GOP congressmen work in his slime,
Enhancing corruption, a novel enzyme.
There’s no inhibition of what Trump might do.
They join Donald willingly and in prime time.

Now, isn’t it time to bid Donald adieu,
Before he commits a crime we can’t undo?
Mike Johnson, it’s time that you get off your ass.
Impeach Donald Trump; give this brigand his due.

We cannot afford to give Donald a pass.
For, he is a fraudster; all his “gold” is brass.
The glitter distracts from his incompetence.
He lights up our pathway with colonic gas.

The Trump volatility keeps the world tense.
That he cares for others is only pretense.
For all of his crimes, he shows no penitence.
