When he appears in front of us, we must all shout, “Hurrah!”

The shifting thoughts of Donald Trump control what’s wrong or right.
It’s Donald Trump’s pronouncements that determine black or white.
And it is his enrichment, not America’s welfare,
That governs how he will behave, and what he thinks is “fair.”

Trump keeps himself well-misinformed, as his ego requires.
No expert’s views are ever sought; he’s not one who inquires.
The possibility of facts that show he might be wrong,
Is not sought nor admitted; everyone must sing his song.

When Trump is caught with his pants down, that is, to say, a lie,
Reflecting Pool, war with Iran, both stories now apply.
Trump makes a claim; facts contradict and Donald presses on.
Contrary facts: illusory? Trump can’t suppress a yawn.

When news reports show he’s been wrong, he says that news is fake.
Polls showing his approval sinking have made a mistake.
The only judge of right and wrong is Trump’s brain’s frontal lobe.
We all know that he’s always right, here and around the globe. (2)

Opponents’ minds are twisted; Democrats are Communists.
But their opinions do not matter to true solipsists.
For Donald Trump is sure that only what he thinks is real,
That everything is his to take: how he defines “fair deal.”

So, narcissism, solipsism, both act to deflect
All criticism. In Trump’s presence, all must genuflect.
“The greatest of all presidents,” Trump’s MAGA chorus cries.
Yes, their Messiah’s finally come; tell Christ, “No need to rise.”
