Donald’s tough tariff talk was expected.
(Did you notice that Putin’s excepted?)
Afraid of that man,
The rest of Trump’s plan
Left not even the penguins protected.

But the billionaires were losing money
And their sphincters were all getting runny.
So, Trump said, “Let’s take
“A ninety-day break,”
And the stock market’s skies became sunny.

But then Donald still spooked everybody,
His analysis, sloppy and shoddy.
Rich friends got cold feet;
Trump beat a retreat,
Sycophants shouted, “Summa cum laude!”

The whole world now regards Trump as crazy
Or demented, his thinking’s so hazy.
Went bankrupt six times,
Convicted of crimes,
His supporters just shrug, “Oopsie daisy.”

Donald’s data all sound fabricated
And his reasoning is obfuscated.
He cheats and he lies
So, it’s no surprise
That investors all feel fornicated.

Donald Trump has not stopped his harassing,
For his gut has continued outgassing.
A China trade war,
Now threatens to roar,
So, our stock and bond jitters aren’t passing

Once again the stock market is crashing.
And the bond market’s taking a bashing.
Trump partly changed course,
But Xi’s show of force
Is still giving investors a thrashing.

Shouldn’t we expect that our dear leader
Would be more than a colon excreter?
Too many suspect,
A fatal defect,
Since we know Donald’s a bottom feeder.

Though Trump’s flip-flop made things briefly better,
The world’s confidence went in the shredder.
For Trump’s foolishness
And lack of finesse,
Means he’s not through, if you’re a smart bettor.
