Donald Trump’s Expertise


We’ve learned that Donald Trump hates expertise.
It makes a person much harder to fleece.
We’ve also learned that Trump’s well-known for fraud
A practice, it seems, that he’ll never cease.

Trump seems to think that he’s some sort of god.
Therefore, his own judgement cannot be flawed.
So, no one can tell him he’s not correct.
His statements deserve all glory and laud.

Donald is godlike and without defect.
Wearing a Jesus suit, he roams unchecked. (1)
Therefore, he’s deciding all policy
Without the ideas others inject.

Fallen dictators, as we surely see,
Leave behind chaos as their legacy.
Trump thinks he’s immune from every critique,
Like criticism from the Holy See.

Pope Leo’s remarks caused a fit of pique. (2)
Who gave Pope Leo permission to speak?
He wouldn’t be Pope if Trump were not here. (3)
Where Donald is strong, Pope Leo is weak.

When Trump makes pronouncements, we all must cheer.
Even when his speech is garbled, unclear.
Trump has to be worshipped, or he feels bad.
Criticize Trump and he’ll end your career.

The Pope’s infallible; and, I might add,
Therefore, the spokesman for Heavenly Dad.
A Vatican Council has told us so. (4)
On Faith and Doctrine, the Pope’s word, ironclad.

So, Leo has just told Donald, “No, no.”
Hungary’s voters just told Orban, “No.” (5)
Experts think these are facts Donald should know.
And, all our polls also tell him, “No, no.” (6)
