Trump’s Reaction to No Kings Day

Trump’s ego was wounded by No Kings Day shows.
Not worshipping him is a punch in the nose.
Anxiety oozed from the comments he made,
Descriptions at odds with what everyone knows.

Repeating the charge that George Soros had paid
For signs and attendance, shows Trump is afraid
Of peaceful assemblies opposing his rule,
Exposing the fraudulence of his crusade.

Opponents of Trump know he plays dirty pool.
Opposing his power makes him lose his cool.
To even ask questions sometimes offends him.
Perhaps worst of all is Late Night ridicule.

The people have caught on to Trump’s flam and flim.
The turnout for No Kings is rattling him.
For Trump clearly acts like a wannabe king.
But No Kings Day rallies make his chances slim.

Trump hopes that the world will become his plaything,
That he’ll be the matador in the bullring.
Trump’s DOJ now acts as his picador,
To soften up freedom so that it won’t ring.

Trump thinks he’s a hero whom we all should adore.
We should shower Donald with praises galore.
But as Epstein’s buddy, he’s covered with sleaze.
Will Jeff Epstein’s files show that he was keeping score?
