Trump holds himself in high esteem,
Demanding loyalty.
He wanders in a fevered dream
Expecting fealty.
Our total reverence, his theme;
He thinks he’s royalty.
His narcissism is extreme
And lacks all subtlety.
Trump’s ego leaves him feeling cursed
When others disagree…
Hot air balloon about to burst
With an indictment spree.
The deep resentment Trump has nursed
Throughout his history,
Makes clear Trump has unending thirst
For constant flattery.
“Therefore,” says Trump, “those who oppose
“What I may do or say,
“Will find I know how to dispose
“Of vermin the hard way.
“I will arrest, charge, and expose
“My critics every day.
“My AG does what I propose.
“You disagree; you pay.”
If Donald Trump gets his hair mussed,
Then he’ll indict the wind.
For Mother Nature also must
Bow, and her knee must bend!
With no pretense he’s being just,
This is Trump’s dividend:
The Constitution ground to dust…
Is that how this will end?
