With voters rejecting Trump’s MAGAtry,
Donald is seeking more voting control. (1)
He’s found if elections are fair and free,
It sets the Democrats off on a roll. (2)
Stalin observed that it isn’t who votes
But who counts votes that determines who wins. (3)
So here’s the policy Donald promotes:
He’ll run our elections. (Stalin’s ghost grins.)
Trump demands voting by “illegal” folk
Must be prevented; he’ll start right away..
What Trump is charging is just a bad joke.
Facts show “illegals” don’t vote anyway. (4)

So, if Republicans can run the show,
They can tell Democrats where they should go.

And, he’s ruled Russia for twenty six years.
There is no threat an election demotes
Putin from office; he has no such fears.
Trump is demanding to take voter roles
From all the blue states so they can be purged:
No black or brown voters, one of his goals,
No liberals at all, as Miller has urged.
Bannon has promised polls patrolled by ICE,
Demanding papers of all those in line.
And, we can be sure that ICE won’t be nice.
Cruelty’s part of their act, by design.

When constitutional rules don’t apply,
Then, “Power to the people,” must be our cry.

Now we see Bezos is playing along,
Cutting his newspaper’s staff by a third. (6)
One more billionaire who sings Donald’s song.
Their profit-based motives reek like a turd.
Controlling the vote and what we may read,
Standard for those on the autocrat path.
Trump’s narcissism gives Donald this need:
To be a giant, Goliath of Gath. (7)
Trump’s narcissism must have total power.
We’ve seen this pattern throughout history.
Fair, free democracy, to Trump, tastes sour.
Autocracy tastes far more sugary.

Billionaires worshiping their profit god,
Follow a prophet they know is a fraud.

(2)Democrats are currently winning all the special elections.
(3)There are many English versions of what Joe Stalin said.
(4)This has been studied. Voting by “illegal immigrants” is not a problem
except in Trump’s mind.
(5)Vladimir has read and implemented what Stalin said (in the original
Russian.) Though Trump does not read much in any language, he has
absorbed this.
(6)Bezos owns the Washington Post and has recently announced
draconian cuts to its staff.
(7)Will we have a champion like David, to stand up to and defeat our
modern Goliath?
