In Colorado, there’s a Trumpist doing prison time, (1)
For she elected to join Donald, slipping in his slime.
She confiscated vote machines to try to serve her Don,
Although it was a crime when Tina joined in Donald’s con.
Now Donald wants to get her out, to overturn state law.
The fact that he can’t pardon her, a hard punch to his jaw.
Trump thinks that it should be all right to help him fix the vote.
When courts say that’s against the law, Trump hears a sour note.
He said to both the Governor and DA, “Rot in hell,”
Vetoed a drinking water bill, to show his pique, as well,
Dismantled a big weather lab, for no reason at all, (2)
His actions documented and signed off with his huge scrawl.
The lesson here for everyone is, “Don’t make Donald cross.”
The Constitution? Or state laws? No, Donald is the boss.
Don’t follow laws he doesn’t like, for Trump thinks he’s the law.
When Trump is in high dudgeon, it’s the worst you ever saw.
As Donald senses power waning, tantrums will get worse.
And likely will intensify ‘til he rides in his hearse.
If Congress flips in ‘26, Trump’s a lame duck, for sure.
So, gird your loins for sociopathy we must endure.
Jack Smith was called to Congress and was asked to testify.
He said he had the goods on Trump, which he could verify.
He said he could convict Trump of an insurrection plot.
Fomenting insurrection, treason? What hath Donald wrought?
Should Trump be in the White House or does he belong in jail,
With all his golden knick knacks smashed like idols were of Baal? (3)
Trump’s mantra is that everybody must agree with him.
The chance that Trump will change is zero; it’s not even slim.
